Annual Fund Balance Report (Audit Form) An important responsibility of the Finance Committee is to ensure that an annual audit of funds is performed. The Fund Balance Report can be found below.   The Audit Guide can be found here.  2016 Fund Balance Reports can be submitted at any time, but should be completed by June 1, 2017.

Budget The Finance Committee is responsible for generating the church budget for the year.   The anticipated total budget for each year must reported to the West Ohio Conference as a part of the Annual Report, due generally at the end of January each year.
